Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including designs, images, product descriptions and branding, are the intellectual property of Cassandra Solon Designs and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. This includes, but is not limited to, referencing either individual designs, collections or Cassandra Solon by name as reference or source material for AI image generation.
Products
Cassandra Solon Designs sells custom-printed wallpaper for interior use. All products are made to order and colours may vary slightly from the images shown on the website. While our printers endeavour to produce identical rolls within the same design, customers are advised to purchase the correct number of rolls required for each project to ensure the necessary number of rolls can be checked alongside one another by the printers within each batch.
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
- Discount codes are limited to one-time use per customer and cannot be combined with other offers.
Trade Accounts
Trade discounts are available for interior designers and relevant businesses upon application for a trade account. Trade customers must provide valid business details to qualify, including an active website and any other details requested. Cassandra Solon Designs retains the right to reject applications or rescind existing trade benefits and account access at any time without giving reason.
Refunds & Cancellations
As all wallpaper is printed to order, cancellations and full refunds are only available within **24 hours of placing the order**.
After this period, we are unable to offer refunds unless the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
Shipping
- **UK Shipping**: We offer standard delivery across the United Kingdom.
- **International Shipping**: Available via courier. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional charges.
Estimated shipping times and costs will be provided at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or courier services.
User Accounts
No account is required to place an order on our site. However, trade accounts are necessary for customers seeking trade pricing and discounts.
Liability
We strive to ensure all information on our site is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content is error-free.
