Shipping and Delivery
All Cassandra Solon Designs wallpapers are printed to order in England. This allows us to minimise waste and ensure each order is produced specifically for you.
Please allow time for production before dispatch. Standard production time is 3-4 weeks and current production times are shown in the website header.
UK delivery
UK orders are shipped at a flat rate and delivered directly from our UK print partner.
Domestic delivery times are typically 24-48 hours from dispatch.
International delivery
We currently ship to the EU, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
International orders are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. This means:
- Shipping costs are paid at checkout
- Local VAT, customs duties, import taxes and handling fees are not included
- Any such charges are payable by the customer upon delivery
Customs charges vary by country and order value. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you are unsure what charges may apply.
Customs & taxes
For international deliveries, your courier or local customs authority may contact you directly to collect any applicable fees before delivery is released.
Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate these charges in advance or accept responsibility for delays caused by customs processing.
Returns & cancellations
As all wallpaper is printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once production has begun, unless the item is faulty. You will receive a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of online purchase.
We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full wallpaper order to ensure suitability.

Split shipments
Wallpaper orders and samples are shipped from different locations and will arrive separately. Shipping charges are applied accordingly at checkout.
